• 20 years in energy and oil and gas with international experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of engineers.
• Extensive research and development experience with focus on gasification technologies.
• Commissioning, start up and operations of commercial and demonstration gasification projects.
• Prior roles in technology, engineering, operations and general management.
• Degree qualified mechanical engineer with PhD in gasification and MBA (UCLA). 
• Worked for Shell, Rio Tinto and an ASX 200 listed company.
